Privacy Policy

I. Personal Data

§ 1

1. Definitions:

  • User - natural person visiting, browsing online sites owned by Inter Tap s.c. and receiving marketing and information materials from Inter Tap s.c
  • online sites owned by Inter Tap s.c. - Company websites, product websites, online stores or blogs, company accounts on social networks

2. In order to make full use of the services offered by Inter Tap s.c. by electronic means, each user must fill in an appropriate form. This requires certain personal data, which may also be provided at a later date.

3. The provision of personal data by users is voluntary, but necessary for the use of the services. Without the provision of the personal data required by the Controller, provision of the services will not be possible.


4. All personal data entered by users in registration forms, any communication with Inter Tap s.c. and other personal data collected in the course of using services by users are processed in a manner compliant with the requirements specified in the Polish law, in particular the Act of 29.08.1997 on Personal Data Protection (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2014, item 1182, as amended) and the Act of 18.07.2002 on Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws 2013, item 1422).


5. On the other hand, as of 25.05.2018, personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of such Data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".


§ 2

1. The Controller of the personal data is Inter Tap s.c.


2. Inter Tap s.c. may entrust the processing of the collected user personal data to another entity on the basis of a personal data processing entrustment agreement concluded with such entity.


3. The Controller informs that the recipients of the personal data will be: entities providing hosting, entities dealing with IT security of Inter Tap's online sites, state authorities authorised on the basis of separate regulations, accounting offices for the purpose of financial settlements, payment operators and courier companies delivering goods.


§ 3

1. Any user has the right to access his/her personal data and may verify or correct it, as well as delete it, by placing an appropriate request with Inter Tap s.c.


2. As of 25.05.2018. you will also have the right to restrict processing and the right to portability of your personal data. If your personal data is not processed in accordance with legal requirements, then you will have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.


3. As of 25.05.2018, you will also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, including objections to processing for direct marketing purposes.


§ 4

1. Inter Tap s.c. processes user personal data to the extent necessary for the conclusion, performance and termination of each legal relationship the subject of which is the provision of services offered through the Portal. User personal data provided in communicating with Inter Tap s.c. is used for the purpose of replying to users and for marketing purposes involving the promotion of Inter Tap s.c. and its services.


2. The legal basis for the processing of personal data will be, as of 25.05.2018, Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(f) of GPDR. The Controller's legitimate interest is to market its own services.


§ 5

Inter Tap s.c., on the basis of the additional and optional consent given by ech user, has the right to send marketing information to users at the e-mail addresses or telephone numbers provided. The consent referred to in the preceding sentence may be revoked by any user at any time. If such consent is given, the legal basis for the processing of personal data will also be Article 10 of the Act of 18.07.2002 on the provision of electronic services and Article 172 of the Act of 16.07.2004. Telecommunications Law.


§ 6

User’s personal data will be processed for the time needed for Inter Tap s.c. to provide the services to that user and, once the services have been completed - for the time needed to demonstrate the correct performance of Inter Tap s.c.'s obligations to the user. This period corresponds to the length of the limitation period for claims. Personal data processed for the purpose of conducting marketing activities will be processed for the duration of such activities by Inter Tap s.c. or until the user objects to further processing of personal data for marketing purposes, or withdraws consent to receive marketing information via email or phone number.


II. Cookies

§ 7

1. Inter Tap s.c. uses cookies, i.e. small text files stored on user end devices (e.g. computers, tablets, smartphones). Cookies can be read by Inter Tap s.c.'s ICT system.

2. Inter Tap s.c. stores cookies on user end devices and then accesses the information contained therein for the following purposes:

ensuring proper functioning of online sites, especially maintaining a session after logging in,
tailoring the offered services to user preferences,
remembering user individual preferences,
marketing,
statistics,
analytics.

§ 8

1. Inter Tap s.c. also informs users that it is possible to configure the Internet browser in such a way as to prevent the storage and saving of cookies on user devices.


2. Inter Tap s.c. also notes that cookies saved by Inter Tap s.c. can be deleted by any user after they have been stored, with the use of appropriate functions of their browsers, programs  dedicated for this purpose, or by using relevant tools available within the operating system.

§ 9

Inter Tap s.c. informs users that changing the configuration of their Internet browser which prevents or restricts the storage of cookies may result in limitations to the functionality of the services provided. Deleting cookies in the course of providing the service can lead to similar consequences.

III. Other technologies

§ 10

1. For your convenience, we use Local Storage Object (LSO) technology, similar in principle to cookies. LSO is a dedicated part of browser's memory used to store data saved by websites. It can only be accessed by a web page operating on the same website from which the data was stored, but unlike cookies, the data is not sent by the browser every time the server is referenced. The data in the Local Storage Object is stored long-term by the browser and is not deleted when the browser is closed, nor does it have a specific expiry time.


2. The use of the technology indicated in the preceding clause is aimed at providing services at the highest possible quality level, i.e. optimising the site’s operation, adapting its content to user preferences and pursuing analytical, statistical and marketing purposes.


IV. Data contained in system logs

§ 11

The information which is contained in system logs in connection with the general principles of Internet connection is used by the hosting company providing its services to Inter Tap s.c. only for technical and statistical purposes.


V. Technical measures used by the Controller

§ 12

The Controller shall apply the technical measures required by valid data protection regulations to prevent unauthorised persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically.


VI. Other

§ 13

Inter Tap s.c. will also register computer IPs from which users use the electronic systems.
