The online shop operating at www.hurtownietapicerskie.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is owned by Inter Tap s.c. (hereinafter referred to as Seller) based at ul. Bielska 26 A in Pisarzowice 43-332, phone. 33 822 41 84.
The Seller sells its own goods through the online shop.
Only persons 18 years of age or older may place orders in the online shop.
The sale takes place via the Internet in the form of a distance contract between any party placing an order (hereinafter referred to as buyer) and the seller.
A prerequisite for the fulfilment of each order is that the buyer correctly fills in the relevant form in the online shop.
By placing an order, the buyer accepts the provisions of these terms and conditions.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the execution of any order if the data provided by the buyer in the order form is incomplete, incorrect or untrue.
The seller will acknowledge receipt of each order via the Internet upon receipt. In addition, the seller will electronically inform the buyer of any change to the status of their order.
If, after placing an order, it turns out that the ordered item is unavailable at that particular time, the buyer will be immediately informed of this by e-mail or by telephone by a person authorised to contact the buyer. However, the time will be extended accordingly where it falls on public holidays. In the event of such a situation, the buyer is entitled to cancel their order.
The seller undertakes to send to each buyer a consignment in accordance with their order within 21 working days from the date of order acceptance confirmation.
The seller delivers consignments to buyers via a courier company with which it cooperates.
The prices of the articles offered in the Online Shop are expressed in Polish zloty and include VAT.
Shipping costs will be added to the total order value in the amount stated on the order form or by a shop employee at the latest when confirming the order. The cost of shipment may change in relation to the amount stated on the order form if the order consists of products from different suppliers. Each buyer will be informed immediately by online shop employee of any change in transport costs.
Deliveries are made exclusively within the borders of the Republic of Poland.
Each buyer is obliged to collect the ordered goods and pay for the ordered articles according to the chosen form of payment.
The buyer may refuse to accept and pay for the ordered goods only if the ordered item(s) is(are) found to be damaged or destroyed on receipt of the consignment.
Buyers accept that some of the products offered are handmade, which means that full consistency of the presented offer cannot be guaranteed. These differences may relate only to colour, shape or design and only to a small extent.
The seller makes every effort to ensure that product photographs displayed in the online shop reflect the actual appearance of the products, but has no influence on the way they are displayed on consumer device screens. Therefore, if you have any doubts about the product (especially the colour), please contact the Seller. Several samples of selected products can be ordered free of charge.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 24.06.2014, item 827), each buyer/consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to them. Returned goods must be sent back in unaltered condition (if they had original packaging, they must be delivered in it) together with a written declaration of withdrawal or after sending the declaration of withdrawal to: sklep@hurtownietapicerskie.pl as well as the order specification or VAT invoice received in the package. The goods are returned to the Seller at the expense of the buyer/consumer. Any scratches, discolouration or similar mechanical damage, the occurrence of which could suggest improper handling of the goods, will result in the claim not being accepted. In order to return goods, it is necessary to contact the Seller in advance. Pursuant to article 38 of the aforementioned Act, withdrawal from the contract does not apply to products sold by linear metre or by square metre and cut off from the roll, or to original packages with chemicals that have been opened after delivery.
In the event of a return, the amount due will be transferred to the bank account indicated by the buyer or by postal order within 7 working days of receipt of the returned goods. The amount to be refunded will be reduced by the cost of shipping to the buyer. In the case of returns by postal order, the Poczta Polska fee (according to the Poczta Polska price list) will additionally be deducted from the amount to be returned.
Any complaints regarding the purchased goods should be submitted by buyers to the seller's e-mail address (sklep@hurtownietapicerskie.pl).
The seller shall not be liable for the consequences of fortuitous events beyond their control which prevented or hindered the performance of any sale contract (fire, flood, strikes, border closures, etc.).
In such event, the parties shall endeavour to resolve all potential disputes amicably, and in the event that such an agreement is not possible, the dispute shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the seller's registered office.
The shop processes buyers personal data solely for the purpose of processing orders, maintaining user accounts, securing potential claims, returns, etc., as well as for statistical analysis of the shop's activity in order to optimise it.
If any buyer gives their consent, their personal data is processed for the purpose of presentation of the shop's marketing material (newsletter).
Personal data is processed in accordance with national and EU laws. Detailed rules are governed by Inter Tap s.c. Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

I have the right to access my data, to correct it, to request its deletion. From 25.05.2018, I will also have the right to restrict processing, to object to the processing of my personal data and the right to portability of my data. I have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if my data is not processed in accordance with legal requirements.
For what purpose do we process your data? The data will be processed to carry out the services provided by Inter Tap s.c. within the websites and online shops.
The data will also be processed for marketing purposes consisting of providing you with information about services offered by the Controller, promotions, promotional events, opinion surveys and, based on your additional consent, also by means of messages sent to your e-mail address or telephone number and during telephone conversations with you.
The provision of data is voluntary, but it is necessary in order to make use of the services offered by the Controller within the websites and online shops. Without the provision of personal data, the provision of these services will not be possible.
The legal basis for the processing of my data is Article 23(1)(3) and Article 23(1)(5) of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997, and from 25.05.2018 it will be Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. The Controller's legitimate interest is the marketing of its own goods and opinion surveys. If I agree to receive marketing communications also at my e-mail address and telephone number, the legal basis shall also be Article 10 of the Act of 18.07.2002 on the provision of electronic services and Article 172 of the Act of 16.07.2004. Telecommunications Law.
Recipients of personal data will be: entities providing hosting, entities dealing with IT security, state authorities authorised to do so on the basis of separate regulations, accounting offices for the purpose of financial settlements, payment operators and courier companies delivering goods subject to transactions.
Personal data will be processed for a period of time to demonstrate the correct performance of Controller’s obligations to each user. This period corresponds to the length of the limitation period for claims. Personal data processed for marketing activities will be processed for the duration of the Controller's marketing activities or the user's objection to further processing of personal data for marketing purposes, or revocation of consent to sending marketing information to an e-mail address or telephone number. My withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal of consent.
I am entitled to two types of objection to the processing of my personal data if the Controller processes my personal data:
on the basis of legitimate interests - I may object on grounds related to my particular situation;
for direct marketing purposes - I can object in any case.
